Directions

Heating in Microwave: Start with the lowest wattage. Don't overheat the pillow. Arrange in the middle of the turning table. Ensure that it doesn't interfere with the microwave's operation. Heating in Conventional Oven: Do not warm the pillow in an oven with an open flame. Heat oven to 300-350 degrees and place on a baking sheet or safe cookware. TURN OFF oven and put the pillow on middle rack. NEVER should a pillow be left in an oven while still turned on.
